Despite the warm weather, we are excited to come together and celebrate the bountiful harvest of our estate vineyards with a simple but refreshing lunch. 

  • Appetizer: A Shot of Emilio’s Gazpacho (cold cucumber and tomato soup)
  • Main: Cold (room temperature) pork loin sandwich on freshly baked bread. Sliced roasted pork loin, mozzarella cheese, Maria’s coleslaw, and a Caprese skewer with aged balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Dessert: Maria’s Harvest Dessert. Olive oil cake, vanilla ice cream, and blackberry sauce.

This is a youthful wine with a lively ruby-red color. The wine has flavors of cherry and plumb. Excellent tannins give it a strong backbone and lively acidity in the palate. It is dry to the taste, fresh and pleasant. Pair it with pasta, light meats and red sauces.
