Despite the warm weather, we are excited to come together and celebrate the bountiful harvest of our estate vineyards with a simple but refreshing lunch.
- Appetizer: A Shot of Emilio’s Gazpacho (cold cucumber and tomato soup)
- Main: Cold (room temperature) pork loin sandwich on freshly baked bread. Sliced roasted pork loin, mozzarella cheese, Maria’s coleslaw, and a Caprese skewer with aged balsamic vinaigrette.
- Dessert: Maria’s Harvest Dessert. Olive oil cake, vanilla ice cream, and blackberry sauce.
