Sunday Dec 1, at 1:30 pm, we will have an open house and celebrate the holiday season. We will taste new vintages that are about to be bottled. This will include barrel-tasting a new blend of Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, and Zinfandel. Additionally, we will have appetizers of smoked turkey, Cuban black beans, and more. This event is for club members and their guests only.

A festive occasion calls for a big statement and Thanksgiving is just a few days away. This paella is just that: a beautiful rice dish bursting with clams, mussels, shrimp and more along with smoky chorizo and saffron for tons of flavor. Nourishing, vibrant, and without pretension, paella has held a place of honor and practicality in Spanish homes for centuries. It is one of our specialties and we will be cooking it to perfection.
