Cochinita Pibil is a traditional dish from Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula—slow-roasted pork marinated in achiote and citrus, wrapped in banana leaves, and cooked until tender. The name pibil comes from the Maya word for an underground oven, the ancient cooking method that defines this dish. It is more than a meal—it is a living expression of Maya tradition shaped by centuries of cultural exchange.

On February 14th, 2026, San Martiño Winery invites 14 guests (reservations required) to an intimate Valentine’s Day dinner at 6:00 pm. The evening will unfold in a warm, cozy, relaxed setting, with simple pleasures that make a celebration of love truly special.

Join the winery owners as they prepare Seafood Lovers’ Paella, cooked with care and meant to be savored slowly, alongside our wines, good conversation, and the joy of being together. This is not just a dinner—it’s an evening to linger, laugh, and savor the moment. Join us to celebrate love, friendship, and great food. 💕🍷
