One of Spain’s most iconic dishes returns to San Martiño! Our Paella is prepared the traditional way—in a single paella pan, where the rice slowly absorbs the flavors of the seafood and broth, along with the unmistakable aromas of smoky Spanish paprika and precious saffron.
Born from humble beginnings in Spain and now celebrated around the world, paella has always been more than just a meal. It is a dish meant to be shared—a centerpiece that brings family and friends together around the table with good food, conversation, laughter, and, of course, a bottle or two of wine.
At San Martiño, paella has become one of our favorite traditions and one of our signature specialties. We love preparing it almost as much as we love watching everyone gather around the pan when it is finally ready.
