  • Classic Red Pozole. This hearty and flavorful hominy stew is slowly simmered with tender pork, chicken and a rich red chile broth. For a personal touch, it is topped with fresh garnishes of shredded cabbage, pineapple radish, lime wedges, and chopped cilantro, served with corn chips.

Aglianico Reserve 2014

This is a complex and multi-layered wine with hidden depths that unfold every minute you taste it. Savory and with masses of fruit, serious structure and a lingering finish. Smooth and well balanced with flavors of black cherries and a rich texture. This was our first vintage of Aglianico and it received a silver medal in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition January 2017.
