The San Martiño Supper Club. A June Evening Among Friends. June 18th at 6:30 pm.
No Crowds. No Rush. Just You, Wine, and Dinner. Only 8 Seats: A Secret Summer Supper at San Martiño. 

  • First Course – The Garden at Dusk. Heirloom Tomato & Burrata
Sun-ripened tomatoes at their best, paired with fresh burrata, basil, and a light drizzle of aged balsamic and olive oil. Paired With: San Martiño Blanc
  • Second Course – A Whisper of the Coast. Chilled Citrus Shrimp. Poached shrimp lightly dressed in citrus, layered with avocado and cucumber, finished with herbs and a hint of heat. Paired With: San Martiño Chilled Sangiovese.
  • Third Course – Fire & Summer Fields. Herb-Grilled Chicken with Peach Essence. Marinated and flame-grilled, served with charred summer vegetables and a light peach reduction. Paired With: San Martiño Tango (Malbec).
  • Fourth Course – The Sweet Goodbye. Lemon Tart with Summer Berries. Bright citrus custard, delicate pastry, and fresh berries. Paired With: Chilled White Port.
