From running the tasting room to caring for our beloved pups, Maria brings warmth, grace, and ease to everything she touches..

  • Course 1: Cuban Style Salad.  A sweet and sour salad made from cooked black beans, crunchy sweet corn, bell peppers and tomatoes that is tossed in mojo sauce. The mojo sauce dressing is a delicious combination of herbs, orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Course 2. Cuban Sliders (2), Black Beans, Rice. These mighty Cuban Sliders are a celebration of Maria's culinary heritage. Featuring tender, roasted pulled pork, savory ham, Swiss cheese, tangy mustard, and zesty dill pickles, all tucked between soft, golden slider buns, each one captures the bold spirit of the classic Cuban sandwich. Rich in tradition and bursting with flavor, these sliders and the Cuban style beans and rice honor the vibrant tastes of Cuba.
