Wine Tasting Notes
Orange Muscat 2005

Notes of apricots, peach and sweet orange. A perfect summer wine that should be served chilled. Goes with spicy shrimp and other seafood.

Pinot Gris 2006

Delicately fragrant and mildly floral with lightly lemon-citrus flavors. This wine is tangy and light and a perfect companion to seafood and light dishes. Goes with seafood
Chardonnay Reserve 2006 This toasty Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French Oak and aged 9 months. The more subtle fruit flavors of this wine suggest pear and ripe apple. The long finish, due to extended contact with the lees during fermentation, shows hints of creamy vanilla. It has a soft, smooth, buttery aftertaste. Goes well with Salmon, Tuna and any other grilled fish. Goes with rich textured seafood such as grilled halibut, sea bass and lobster

A medium body Chianti with flavors of sour cherry, red currant and light red raspberry with lively acidy makes this a perfect match for Italian cuisine. Goes with lamb, pasta and poultry dishes.
