Please read carefully... No refunds will be given within 7 days of any event or whenever an event indicates: no refunds. Our events, unless specifically indicated, are for adults only (no one under 21 and no pets during our events please). Reservations are required for all events unless noted. Problems reserving online? Send us an email or call us. Any type of alcoholic beverage except San Martino wine is strictly prohibited.

Jan 24th @ 7 pm. $16/person. Paella Valenciana. We will make the national dish of Spain and this time the Paella will be the traditional way. Seafood, saffron, rice, organic olive oil, chicken and more cooked in front of you and enjoyed in a communal atmosphere. Come and join us for this monthly affair where we bring a bit of the Spain to Rockwall, Texas. Suggested wine: Tempranillo, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sangiovese or Dos Uvas. Jan 25th @ 1 pm. $20/person. The Art of Pairing Wine and Food. Join our Winemaker for an educational and culinary session as he cooks and discusses how to properly match different wines and recipes. This session will be interactive as we taste the food and wines used during the session. Participants will have the equivalent of a lunch meal. Jan 31st @ 7 pm. $39.95/person. Texas Cheese Wine Pairing. Back by popular demand we will hold once again a Texas Cheese and Wine pairing event. A six course cheese and "stuff" evening paired with six wines in our barrel room with each course carefully matched with Texas wines. This is all about local and organic products, made by local artisans and it doesn't get any better than this. Note: this event is limited in the number of participants and sells out each year.
